How long do I have access to a course?
You receive lifetime access to purchased courses, including future content updates. Watch at your pace, return anytime.
What tools do I need to get started?
A basic sewing machine, universal needles (sizes 80/12 and 90/14), good thread, bobbins, fabric scissors, pins or clips, a seam ripper, and a measuring tape. Optional: an iron and pressing mat.
I’m a complete beginner. Where should I start?
Begin with our “Sewing Machine Foundations” series. You’ll learn setup, threading, tension basics, and your first straight seams before moving to simple projects.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a course truly isn’t a fit, contact us within 14 days of purchase and before completing 30% of the lessons. We’ll help promptly and fairly.
Can I ask instructors questions?
Absolutely. Each course includes a Q&A channel where instructors and peers reply within 1–3 business days.
Do you cover sergers and overlockers?
Yes. We offer both beginner and advanced classes for serger threading, differential feed, rolled hems, and knit finishes.
Will I learn machine maintenance?
Our maintenance and repair modules teach oiling, cleaning, needle timing basics, and when to consult a technician. Safe, user-level guidance only.
Is there a certificate when I finish?
Yes, a downloadable certificate of completion is available for each course you complete, suitable for personal portfolios.
Are your courses accessible?
