Purchases & Access

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access it for personal, non-commercial use. We may provide additional materials such as checklists and transcripts.

License to Content

All content is owned by LoomLance or its licensors. You may not resell, share, or publicly distribute course content without explicit permission.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior
• No attempts to circumvent access controls
• No scraping or automated bulk access

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund if you have completed less than 30% of the course and contact support within that window. We may request feedback to improve the experience.

Intellectual Property

Trademarks, logos, and content appearing on the service are protected. You may reference LoomLance when sharing your projects but should not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers & Warranties

Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines. You are responsible for safe tool usage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoomLance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
